摘要：
China is a country that the development of every area is of imbalance, and real estate industry is no exception. In the key period when real estate industry in china is on the macro-control reform, it has the important realistic meaning to study the development law of regional real estate industry deeply, and put forward the development mode and the policy suggestions of real estate industry with the regional features by the simulation technology. This paper will adopt the System Dynamics (SD), system theory, economics thought and management. method to build the simulation system of regional real estate industry, and probe into the real operation mechanism and development law based on the model with demonstration research method. The study of this paper will provide some references for regional real estate in china.
