摘要：

Nowadays urban development accelerates and generates in most of the cases unfortunate contrasts or even antagonisms between public and private green areas. Generally these situations appear in medium economical developed countries such as Romania. The present paper aims in conducting a study, which mainly focuses on the urban development of green areas towards appropriate solutions for urbanism. Our goal stands in finding modern design and landscaping solutions, complying with classical norms and principles of urbanism, especially for contact zones between public and private areas offering direct application within urbanism project design.
