摘要：

We propose a model based on cognitive economic efficiency that can be set more than three parameters which express the relationships in each actor is cognitive image by using the eigenvalue of an adjacency-matrix that represents an actor's cognitive image in social groups. Moreover, we studied how the groups can be formed when reaching a balance state under some conditions between agents involved in communication.
