摘要
This study develops a research framework for e-business process performance, empirically investigates the process performance characteristics of three core e-business processes including e-procurement process, e-ordering process and e-CRM process. The findings suggest that the process performance is associated with companies' e-business level, and that the performances of the three core e-business processes are higher in companies at a high e-business level. The performances of both e-procurement process and e-CRM process positively influence firm performance of companies at a high e-business level, while e-ordering process performance positively influences firm performance of these at a low level.
