摘要：

The article studies the peculiarities in the functioning and development of the industrial and machine-building complexes in Ukraine during the pre-crisis period as well as determines the dis-balances along with the activators of the crisis processes in industry and machine-building in particular. Major factors that destabilize the development of machine-building enterprises are laid out.
