Price Model of Market Dealing for Building Energy Saving in China

摘要
At present, many policies have been proposed to impel the implementation of building energy saving. Based on the theory of market trading for building energy saving, the new mechanism has been established in building energy-saving to take "the market transaction" as the core by both policy and market ways. But there is still no quantitative analysis for transaction price of building energy saving in China building industry. By using theory of Institutional Economics and "the market trading" cored mechanism, this paper constructs a price model to solve the fade zone of trading price in building energy saving market. The positive research shows that the price model could be a valuable foundation for the establishment of building energy saving incentive mechanism.
