EU Anti-dumping Law and Its Implications to China

More and more anti-dumping disputes are found between EC and China as a result of rapid growth of their trade relations. This new development will certainly affect the development of the Chinese economy in general and China's trade relationship with the EU in particular. However, many Chinese lawyers are not familiar with the EC anti-clumping regulations and do not know how to deal with these issues. The paper tries to provide some Suggestions to the Chinese authorities about their anti-dumping regulations. Suggestions include basic principles, organizational setup, steps of proceeding, defining dumping, defining and determining injury and non-market economic country.
