摘要：
Education for children with atopic dermatitis and their parents is well established in Germany. The concept was adapted to the new therapeutic guidelines and educational targets as developed for other diseases. In addition to the group education individual nurse, consulting is offered in some centers. Unsolved questions are still how to spread the program all over the country. A more flexible structure might be helpful to achieve this goal.
