摘要：
Legal economics which is an interdiscipline of economics and laws is systematic and maturre on the base of the previous efforts of numerous scholars. We analyze how to apply legal economics to solve medical disputes. This method is proved to be relatively fair and cost-saving. The basic characteristics of legal economics are that it defines legal system as the endogenous variable of economical growth and affirms the decisive role of the legal system in economic growth, and then the principles of economics are used to analyze the formation, structure and cost-benefit of the legal system.
