摘要
The paper focuses on the quantitative relationship between technological progress and industrial structural optimization of China's construction industry. In first, the relational model of technological progress and resource allocation of construction industry is established. And then the relational model of technological progress and industrial structure of construction industry is also set up. In the last, a case study on the structural flexibility of technological progress of China's construction enterprises of various ownership types in 1997-2007 is completed.
