摘要
The traditional UHF RFID temperature sensor uses analog-to-digital conversion circuit such as a Sigma-Delta-ADC, but this circuit has a problem of using a large number of array capacitors, which takes up a large area. In order to solve this problem, this paper proposes a way to convert sub-threshold current into frequency and count it. CMOS temperature sensor designed based on SMIC 180nm process, using Cadence IC5 to complete simulation optimization. Under the 1.2V power supply, the temperature range is -20 similar to 80 , temperature measurement accuracy is +/- 2 degrees C and static operating current is 275nA.
