摘要
The aim of this paper is to evaluate the distillation curves of the heavy fractions of the process Vapocraqueo of heavy crude using catalytic emulsions. The methodology involved 4 stages: Adjustment of experimental data, extent or extrapolation of the curve in the range 0 to 100% distillates, conversion of the ASTM curve to TBP and finally determine the performance or distribution of the different fractions. This methodology was applied to a data from the process of Vapocraqueo using Ni/K, Fe/Mo and Fe/Mo/Mg catalysts. The operating conditions of the process were 410 degrees C, 1931 kPa and a load of 200 g/min of heavy crude. The load was the heavy crude Pilon of the Orinoco Oil Belt. Finally, the results were satisfactory, the distribution of the cuts or fractions present was better appreciated, and it reflects that the selected function model is able to adjust the experimental data and efficiently perform calculations.
