The Researches on the Private SMEs Governance Issues in China

This paper argues that the main factors affect the governance of private SMEs: capital, personnel, and property rights, the three factors are independent of each other intersect to determine the mode of corporate governance. The development of private SMEs governance process does not exist a static mode. The different stages of Venture period, growth stage and the phase of rapid development, the majority of private SMEs with a family governance, Family-Governance and corporate governance model, and governance issues facing each stage are not the same, and thus determine the focus of the various stages of the governance.
