摘要：
Industrial cluster is a kind of network organization, which is constituted by corporation network and support network based on their division, each network node has established close ties, information can free flow and share each other. Their individual innovation actually is a collaborative innovation, which improve the adaptability of the internal members to the market mechanism, gain and amplify knowledge resources and improve the innovation ability and innovation speed.
