摘要：
Management innovation is the driving and supporting force of technology innovation. This paper analyzes the character and management demand of military aircraft development, sums up experiences of management in military aircraft development home and abroad, and give some advice about innovating the management mechanism in military aircraft development based on the real life situation of our defence industry. The purpose of this paper is to provide decision support for technology advancement of military aircraft.
