A cryptographic scheme employing chaotic dynamic systems

摘要
This paper considers the application of chaotic dynamic systems theory, in combination with observers from state-space control systems theory, to the construction of a cryptographic system. The system is referred to as a chaotic cryptographic system. A gate-array implementation of a prototype of this system is briefly described to illustrate that the system is readily implementable with available technology and CAD tools.
