摘要
The main objective of the entrepreneur is generating profit. It requires superiority of the total revenue over total cost of the enterprise. Among others, the enterprise profits can be maximized by employing adequate management of employee performance. We have to understand that employees are not homogenous group of people and neither they perform same work within the corporate structure. By taking these facts into account, it allows us to understand that employees must be approached on individual bases. Given the complexity and scope of this issue, it should be noted here, that this article strives to map a current discourse of employee performance management in the industrial companies in the Czech Republic. Following aspects will be analyzed: the existence and preference of motivation, stimulation, individual skills, workplace and style of the leadership. Based on the results obtained, a model for management of the employee performance will be developed.
