摘要
With reference to daily rainfall data recorded by 112 meteorological stations in reaches of the Yellow River Basin and its surrounding regions in the past 50 years (1961 similar to 2010), applying data processing platform of Geo - information system (GIS) technology and in combination with Mann - Kendall Method and Moving t - test method, the article tried to analyze spatial and temporal variation characteristics of drought in the Yellow River Basin. The analysis showed that (1) the situation of drought in the Yellow River Basin was becoming more and more serious due to the decreasing of precipitation; (2) the spatial and temporal patterns of drought had been changed which was mainly represented by the increasing of drought area and expanding of areas prone to drought.
