Building Active and High Efficiency Project Team through Initiating the Concept of "Competition-Cooperation"

Competition and cooperation are often being treated as opposite sides of a contradiction. But in many practical cases, whether we constructing a project or managing an enterprise, the main task is to well handle this pair of contradiction. In a high efficiency project team, competition makes it vigorous and keep pace with times; while cooperation spirit makes the team members get consensus on the project objectives, hold together faithfully, and do their best to achieve (cam objectives and project objectives In this paper, the advantages and disadvantages of "competition" and "cooperation" are analyzed for building a high efficiency project team, and a mechanism of limited competition and unlimited cooperation is proposed.
