The application of object-oriented model technology in business process reengineering

摘要
Information system plays an important role in promoting redesigning in business process reengineering (BPR). Since BPR can redefine the operation function, the operation data and the operation object and construct model in new problem fields, it requires a highly reusable information system to improve its development efficiency. Traditional structured application model emphasizes data-switch function and cannot satisfy these requirements. But object-oriented application model technology stresses the difference of object models and it makes information system effectively reusable by constructing a set of correlation application models and by understanding and defining the problem field clearly. By constructing model of problem field and development field directly, we realize the rapid development of information system. It is proved that the information system supported by object-oriented application model can be reused well and can reduce the time of development and support the implementation of BPR well in practice.
