Structure and function of the orb-web of Cyclosa confraga (Thorell) (Araneae:Araneidae)

摘要：
The orb-webs of C.confraga are elastic and two dimensional structures built in a vertical plane. They are made up of frame threads, radial threads and catching spirals. Statistical analysis of the structure and function of the orb-wep of C. conraga wep efficiency differed significantly among different developmental stages (p = 0.001).
