摘要
Tm: KLuW and Ho: KLuW microchip lasers are Q-switched by SWCNTs generating 40-ns/4.0-mu J and 82-ns/0.17-mu J pulses, respectively. The Tm- laser produces average/peak power of similar to 1 W/100 W at 1.919 mu m with a slope efficiency of 40%.
