摘要
This study reveals the importance of viewing information processing within the context of the strategy a firm pursues. Information processing theory is used to examine the unique planning processes of banks pursuing different strategies. The coalignment of strategy, planning, and information is examined in top-performing banks and the performance implications of fit are revealed. (C) 2001 Elsevier Science Inc. All rights reserved.
