摘要
The effects of one dimension of etiquette on human-automation interaction are discussed. Inappropriate levels of trust in automation can be interpreted as resulting from etiquette violations and can impact efficiency and safely. The study indicates that performance in the low etiquette conditions was as good as the the high reliability etiquette condition. The results provide support for the intriguing notion that good automation etiquette can compensate for low automation reliability.
