Features of Influence of Doping on Electrotransport Properties of the Amorphous Iron-Based Alloys

摘要
The temperature dependences of electrical resistivity R(T) for a set of Fe-based amorphous metallic alloys (AMA) are studied. Am analysis of both obtained data and other results available in a literature reveals the correlation between the temperature coefficient of resistivity (TCR) and the type of a dopant. As shown, the character of the R(T) behaviour and the value of TCR depend on the charge, which is introduced into the d-zone of Fe atom by the dopant. The obtained correlation dependences, which are valid for many AMA, indicate an essential influence of the d-electron states on the electrical resistivity and its temperature dependence. The mechanism of this influence is uniquely caused by magnetic ordering, which proper for these AMAs.
