If making an introspective analysis of the exploitation of the CNC systems, a disappointing conclusion can be drawn that even at the most leading national enterprises (nuclear power, aviation and space engineering), its solution is at the level of 70-80s of the last century. When analyzing the matter described in the example, it is necessary to remember the following well-known truths: . The main task of the automation in general and implementation of the CNC systems is, particularly, a maximum exclusion of the influence of subjective factors on the final result; .The main production task of an industrial enterprise is the issue of products that meet as accurately as possible the requirements of the technical documentation. Therefore, the company was given a verification card and a set of technical documentation, accompanied by a managing program that provides processing of the desired outline on the machine tool. During the manufacturing process, the operator faced problems with the delivery of products to the QCD (Quality Control Department). The fact is that the burrs that are formed during the processing of the outline hampered the normal course of the checkpoint shim. Due to the fact that at the company, the access to the control program is completely free and there is no monitoring over the concordance between the code of the control program to the original one, the operator decided to change the control program on his own in such a way that the cutter would make an additional passage while deleting the burrs. Since the changes were made without consulting the developer, in the workshop conditions, which are significantly different from the laboratory conditions, and by a person, to put it mildly, insufficiently initiated in programming, a serious error was brought into the control program, which significantly changed the outline processing. It is not difficult to observe that the envisaged verification card did not identify this violation of the technological process. As a result, the burrs were removed (and not only burrs), the operator solved his problem, and the enterprise began to produce (and, probably, produces so far) products that do not meet the requirements of technical documentation. This article describes a device designed to upgrade the existing systems of computer numeric control (CNC) for machine tools. The real time, existing work process of the system is described, with considering the error of the sinusoids' formation. The ways of increasing the accuracy in signal formation are analyzed.
