摘要
A label-Five DNA Hybridization biosensor is proposed and demonstrated through a microfiber Bragg grating with self-assembly technique. By recording the wavelength separation between the two resonant peaks of a single mFBG, temperature-compensated biosensor has been realized to detect the concentrations of 1 ILEM the target ssDNA with high specificity.
