摘要：
The management of the existing road system will be the core of this paper: In the future, recovery of existing road system is going to be a strategic issue for the socio-economic development. This is particularly important for the historical centers of urban areas, for the suburbs to be renovated, for railway lines to be partly reused as surface light train systems at different territorial levels, and for the roads which can be assigned, for instance, a role of inter-district streets and equipped axes.
