摘要
Order to supply a reliable utility power and to improve efficiency, this paper presents a newly designed system. The system combines fuel cell and photovoltaic array. First the paper introduces the each fundamental and character of fuel cell and photovoltaic array. Then the paper presents the configuration and operation of the system. In this system the fuel cells work as an add subsystem that only operate in the winter. In the season of abundant solar energy, part power from photovoltaic array is supplied for building, and the remaining is used to produce hydrogen by electrolyzing water. At last the paper presents the demonstrations. The results show that the hybrid system has a bright future.
