摘要：

A four-day static renewal acute toxicity test was performed to determine the LC50 value of cypermethrin for the freshwater catfish, Heteropneustes fossilis. The LC50 values, their upper and lower confidence limits and slope functions were calculated. The LC50 values for cypermethrin for 24, 48, 72 and 96 h are 13.5, 11.25, 9.40 and 7.20 mug/L, respectively.
