摘要：

Popularized higher education requires a variety of educational quality concepts and quality standards. In the initial stage of popularized higher education in China, people should renew the unique concept on educational quality and the "universal" quality standard of higher education. A pluralistic concept of educational quality and a pluralistic evaluation system of teaching quality evaluation system should be established in time to meet the needs of popularization and development of higher education.
