摘要：
The study of patients with semantic dementia, the temporal variant of frontotemporal dementia, has provided new insights into the interaction between episodic and semantic memory, and the different roles played by various structures in the temporal robe, Recent findings indicate that the syndrome of semantic dementia can inform us about the organisation of long-term memory and the relationship between semantic memory and other cognitive systems.
