Copper Halides as Model Compounds for Study of Interfaces in Ionic Crystals

摘要
Electrical properties of different types of interfaces of copper(I) halides (CuBr and CuI) are investigated by impedance spectroscopy. It is shown that a space charge layer model is able to describe the main experimental results for the electrochemical interface copper(I) halide-copper and for the phase boundary copper(I) halide-refractory oxide (alumina, titania).
