摘要：
Advances in noninvasively monitoring biochemical dynamics with nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy have opened up new possibilities for testing models as well as identified new modeling problems. Problems in biopolymer production, ion transport, and yeast metabolic dynamics are illustrated. Efforts on increasing temporal resolution and improving the correspondence between experimental and bioprocessing conditions are also summarized. (C) 1999 Published by Elsevier Science B.V.
