摘要
Problems facing mankind, unemployment and poverty, would be solved if they would make full employment desire to work, and this goal can be achieved only if one takes into account the alternative productive work, value, wealth, by incorporating in the workplace productive wide variety of activities which are currently excluded from a money economy. For example, those provided in the family, community and society. By default, it creates a new perspective to approach unemployment, expanding sources labor employment. So, is define as a new vision in the context that acquires value all human activities and preferential advantages, which seems reasonable in economic, social and moral. Jobs of the future will be determined by the severe impact of communications and information production new-factor at the labor market. Part-time employment and fixed-term employment, tele-working can be viable alternatives to traditional employment, especially in times of crisis, when market conditions demand more flexibility.
