Phase transition temperature of ZrO2-Y2O3 solid solutions (2.4-6 mol% Y2O3)

摘要
The Tss + Fs --> Ts phase transition temperature of ZrO2-Y2O3 solid solutions containing 2.4-6 mol% Y2O3 was investigated on the basis of the electrical conductance data obtained from sintered samples. The above phase transition temperature t (degrees C) could be expressed as a function of the Y2O3 content X (mol%) as: t = - 243.21871 {In(InX)}(2) - 982.92793 {In(ln X)} + 1258.8153.
