摘要：
The aim of the paper is to introduce, with the use of Jure Skarabot's model, a process of asset securitization, a tool for optimization of a firm asset structure and for its total value enhancement. This model analyses different enterprise organization structures and evaluates an asset securitization process as a tool with the use of which a maximum value of an enterprise may be reached. To realize securitization efficiency, the model allows analyzing a securitization vehicle which holds transferred assets and issues asset-backed securities.
