摘要
The paper presents the findings of the study on relationships and interconnections among identity levels (personal, interpersonal, micro-group, group, sub-organizational and organizational) and components (cognitive and affective) of academic workers in higher education institutions. Four questionnaires addressing these variables were administered to 172 university teachers. It was found that the micro-group identity is the most pronounced, whereas the personal identity is just weakly expressed in both components. For both components positive relationships were observed between interpersonal and micro-group identities, and among: micro-group, group, sub-organizational, and organizational identities. Negative relationships in the affective component were found between personal identity and all other identities (except interpersonal). In the structure of employees' identities, personal and interpersonal identities are relatively independent units (with two components in each). Micro-group and group identities, on one hand, and sub-organizational and organizational identities, on the other, are integrated (in both components) into two relatively independent categories.
