New similarity measures on fuzzy sets and on elements

摘要：
This paper proposes two new similarity measures to represent the similarity measure between fuzzy sets and between elements, respectively. These similarity measures can be computed easily and express the confidable similarity relation apparently. Some examples are illustrated for the comparison between these measures and other previous measures.
