摘要：

Globalization of business activities and service outsourcing make disruption risk in supply chains a critical concern. The paper finds out the security dependency among supply chains discourages the agents to protect from business disruption, and the agent with more negative externalities is more likely to take risk mitigation measures. The optimal equilibrium solution that all the agents in the supply chain are protected from business disruption may be got by the enforcement of external risk regulation requirement and cross-company contract constrains.
