摘要
Thin films of active materials for ceramic rechargeable lithium batteries were prepared with a sol-gel process. In this study, LiCoO2 and Li4Ti5O12 were prepared on Au substrates as cathode and anode materials, respectively, The prepared thin films were characterized by X-ray diffraction method and SEM observation. Moreover, the cyclic voltammetry for the thin films were conducted in a nonaqueous electrolyte, in order to estimate their electrochemical characteristics, From these results, it can be seen that the thin films prepared by the sol-gel process can be used as cathode and anode materials in ceramic rechargeable lithium batteries.
