摘要：
By the investigation and analysis, the paper summarizes the major setbacks faced by college students, such as: setback caused by changes in environment and status, setback caused by learning, setback caused by maladjustment in interpersonal relationship. On this basis, various reasons that may cause frustration, including family reason, social reason, personal, etc, are analyzed in this paper. Finally, we explore the ways to carry out frustration education for college students.
