摘要
In this paper, we establish a 3S-Model to demonstrate 3) main competitive advantages of international retails including scale advantage, specialization advantage and service advantage. On this 3S-Model basis, the practical entry strategies of international retailers are studied. Finally, a series of countermeasures for Chinese retailing enterprises are presented to compete with the foreigners and establish our own advantages.
