6',7'-Dihydrokeramamine C 7d and analogues have been synthesised and evaluated for their cytotoxicity. Compound 7f in which the azacycloundecane ring has been substituted by a dihexylamino unit showed increasing biological activity. (C) 2001 Elsevier Science Ltd. All rights reserved.
