摘要
The annulation reactions betweengem-diamino enaminones (ketene aminals) and tosyl azide providing N-heterocycle fused and 5-amino side chain functionalized 1,2,3-triazoles have been developed. The synthesis of these N-side chain functionalized 1,2,3-triazoles has been executed with high efficiency and broad synthetic scope under transition metal-free conditions with the assistance of NaHCO(3)only.
