Resource Allocation in OFDM Radio Network Adjacent to Satellite System

摘要
The efficient usage of scarce radio resource is the key factor of wireless networks, however there are some spare radio resource not being used such as the guard band for satellite system. In this paper, to reuse the guard hand of satellite system, a new resource allocation scheme consisted of sub-carrier assignment and power allocation is proposed for LTE system to maximize its maximum throughput with negligible interference to satellite system. The implementation algorithm of the proposed scheme is consisted of three modules: the partitions of the possible interference sub-carriers and the impossible interference sub-carriers; the sub-carrier assignment; the power allocation among the possible-interference sub-carriers. There is no sense to allocate the power for the impossible interference sub-carriers because the interference to satellite system is negligible and the maximum power is always the best.
