A LabVIEW Based Motion Control System for Z-pin Insertion Device

摘要
In this paper, a Z-pin insertion control system based on LabVIEW is designed and developed by using the method of "personal computer(PC) + motion control card". Motion control card generate signal to control the motion of Z-pins. The design methods of human-computer interface and control program by ActiveX technology based on LabVIEW are introduced. This system can realize real time motion control, including parameter setting, automatic insertion, cutting, shift, and location monitoring of Z-pins. It shorts the set-up time and simplifies the operation of Z-pin insertion process.
