Zinc oxide nanostructure fabricated in anodic alumina oxide template by sol-gel method

摘要
Zinc oxide nanostructure have been fabricated in the anodic alumina oxide template by sol-gel method. The results shows that zinc oxide colloid absorb on the inner wall of the template and crystallize there first to form zinc oxide nanotubes. As time goes on, more and more zinc oxide colloids enter the template channels and fill the pores entirely, resulting in the formation of zinc oxide nanowires. The PL spectrum shows good UFV emission.
