摘要
This article aims to understand how intrapreneurial behavior manifests itself in government laboratories by proposing indicators. A predominantly quantitative approach was used, based on structured questionnaires and bibliographic and documentary sources. The research sample consisted of 40 civil servants in 19 government innovation laboratories in South America. The results show that the dimensions of Innovation, Proactivity, and Leadership are the most significant and recurrent in the laboratories, based on behaviors focused on relationships, opportunity searches, and active listening to citizen demands. As a practical contribution, the laboratories are mechanisms to stimulate intrapreneurial behavior in the public sector.
