摘要：
In order to resolve the problems about public transport in Xi'an, this paper pointed out an effective way to establish an Advanced Public Transport System(APTS) which adapt to the development of Xi'an urban transportation based on the theory of APTS Then a framework about Xi'an APTS was put forward. It particularly analyzed the functions of the various subsystems of the APTS in Xi'an in a systematic way. According to the status in Xi'an traffic, it proposed a development strategy and implementation plan about Xi'an APTS.
